Mallory grew up in a small, close-knit community in Western Kentucky and completed her Bachelor’s degree near home at Western Kentucky University. Mallory began her nursing career started as a travel nurse, which allowed her to gain valuable experience in different nursing care settings. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati, and she discovered her love for aesthetic nursing while working and completing her clinicals in Los Angeles. Seeing firsthand how aesthetics can boost a person’s confidence and give them a new lease on life inspired Mallory to pursue this specialty.
Rachael grew up in Northern Kentucky and obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Northern Kentucky University. She began her nursing career in inpatient Oncology, where she found great fulfillment in making a positive impact on people's lives during some of their most challenging moments. Her career in the aesthetics industry started after relocating to Lexington by working in a plastic surgeon's operation and recovery rooms, where she felt fulfilled with the incredible opportunity to help women feel confident and beautiful again through injectables.
As practitioners, we understand the importance of understanding the "why" behind our patients' decisions to try aesthetic injectables. Whether it's a new job, a wedding, a lack of confidence, or any other reason, we take the time to get to know our patients and create personalized treatment plans that meet their individual needs.

Meet the Team
Kelsey is a licensed medical esthetician with a Bachelor's degree and a strong background in cosmetics, plastic surgery and dermatology. She has hands-on experience with lasers, chemical peels, and facial services, offering a wide range of treatments to meet individual skincare needs. Kelsey is results-driven, focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients . She is also dedicated to guiding and advising clients on effective skincare solutions tailored to their unique goals. Outside of work, Kelsey is a proud mother and wife.
Hadeel, a proud native of Lexington and a 2024 graduate of Katharos School of Esthetics, is passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their skin. She is dedicated to providing personalized skincare solutions that cater to each clients unique needs. Hadeel collaborates closely with her clients to develop customized skincare routines and treatments aimed at improving skins texture, managing breakouts, and enhancing overall skin health. Outside of her professional life, Hadeel enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active through workouts.
Elise is a seasoned and compassionate healthcare professional with over 14 years of diverse clinical experience across Cardiothoracic Intensive Care, Post-Anesthesia Care, Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aesthetics, Primary Care, and Dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina School of Nursing in 2019. Elise’s extensive background has equipped her with exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills—allowing her to thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments while delivering the highest level of care and supporting her team. Since transitioning into aesthetics in 2019, Elise has trained with some of the most respected and recognized injectors in the industry. She remains committed to advancing her expertise through ongoing education and training, ensuring her patients receive safe, personalized, and beautiful results. When Elise is not in the clinic she loves to spend time traveling with family and making sourdough bread.
Nicole Cordero
Injector, Nurse Practitioner
Nicole brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to our team, combining her extensive clinical background with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 2010 and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Cincinnati in 2020. Nicole began her career in aesthetic medicine in 2021, where she discovered her love for enhancing natural beauty through subtle, personalized treatments. Known for her vibrant personality and calming approach, she helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Nicole is deeply committed to maintaining the natural anatomy of the face, focusing on refreshed, balanced results that never appear overdone. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hiking, playing golf, spending time with her family, and exploring new restaurants. Her warm demeanor, clinical expertise, and artistic eye make her a trusted provider.
